Product advantages:
save energy
More than 50% energy-saving compared to traditional distillation towers and more than 20% energy-saving compared to supergravity distillation beds.
The spray distillation bed has changed the traditional tower lifting method, greatly reducing the equipment height, and saving more than 50% of steam energy; Compared with the high gravity distillation bed, the spray distillation bed does not use rotating equipment, and the power consumption is reduced by more than 80%.
By using multi-stage pumps to atomize raw materials instead of the conventional tower's gravity field (supergravity field), the raw material liquid is directly atomized, resulting in an increase in the specific surface area of gas-liquid contact by thousands to tens of thousands of times. Its excellent micro mixing and extremely fast phase interface renewal characteristics greatly enhance gas-liquid mass and heat transfer processes.
There are many types of solvents to handle, with high concentrations and a wide range of applications
It can handle various organic solvents and aqueous solutions, and can handle solutions of different concentrations. The concentration range of the solution is 0.5%~98%, and the concentration of the processed product is 80%~99.8%
Under the same conditions, the waste liquid discharged from the general tower is about 3%, the spray distillation bed can meet the customer and environmental requirements, and the solvent concentration in the waste liquid is 0.1%~0.5%, which can be recycled or discharged up to the standard, with good social and enterprise economic benefits.
Continuous operation can be fully automated and controlled. Continuous feeding, continuous distillation, continuous output of finished products, and continuous discharge of waste liquids. Automatic detection and control of parameters such as temperature, flow rate, pressure, and content, controlled by PLC. It can achieve one click startup and fully automatic control.
Convenient maintenance and low maintenance costs
Traditional distillation towers require maintenance every six months, and the packing needs to be cleaned annually, which takes several days for each maintenance; The high gravity bed needs to replace the machine seal and other vulnerable parts every six months, which takes 1-2 days each time. The spray distillation bed only needs to be cleaned once a year, about 2 hours each time.
Process Description
The raw materials are pressurized by the feed pump, removed from impurities through primary filtration, preheated by the preheater, and then filtered into the evaporation chamber of the distillation bed. The solvent vapor heated by the evaporation chamber passes through the packed tower, condenses in the condenser, and then flows back to the top of the tower through the gas-liquid separator and cooler. Some of the finished products are stored in the temporary storage tank. The non-volatile phase descends through the indoor packing tube to the residual night processor and continues to be heated, causing a small amount of volatile phase to continue evaporating and rising. Continue mass and heat transfer in the packing cylinder and packing tower, and finally recycle or discharge according to standards.
Scope of application
Widely used in ethanol, methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane DMF、DMSO、 The recovery and product separation and purification of organic solvents such as toluene, isopropanol, and tert butanol, as well as solvent recovery and purification, industrial wastewater purification, multi-component distillation, and multi effect evaporation concentration crystallization in industries such as raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals, biodiesel, environmental protection, and food.
